This is my oldest music project, dating back to 2007 or maybe a little before.
It’s a little bit trip-hop, it’s a little bit glitch-rock. It’s a whole lot of crazy noise packed into one song, with layers upon layers to for a wall of sound. Heavy psychedelic and spiritual influences have gone into the making of this music.
It’s my canvas for my weirdest experimentation, just as much as it’s a melting pot of all the styles and genres that I enjoy. As such, it defies description a little bit. Just listen to the music and decide for yourself what it is, or what to call it!
Officially discontinued in 2016, all of my future electronic music endeavors will be as Maverick IC, with a little different concept, genre, and direction, but still the same brand of wacky synth antics that you’ve come to expect from me.
However, you will still be seeing future releases from IAS as I reboot my old albums with higher quality and better vocal performances, and as I finish all of the unreleased material I never got a chance to polish up and release. There is still a lot to see here, perhaps the best is yet to come even.
