My solo acoustic project! Formerly I just went by Ty Wulf, but I figured it was time to slap a brand and a name on the project. I generally feel like solo artists have a better chance of standing out from the rest this way, so it’s a new direction I’m going.
My focus is mainly on doing something a little different than what you’re used to hearing, putting extra effort into making the composition unique and “apart from the crowd” in some way. I go for the mellow and melancholy moods, meditative soundscapes, lots of fingerstyle techniques, loaded up with effects. My messages generally reach out to the lonely and the broken, the mistreated, the misrepresented and the unheard. I feel for you because I’ve been there too, and I want to bring you this music that I create in hopes that you can relate to it and use it to help in your healing process.
Any material of mine you’ve seen before under the banner of “Ty Wulf solo acoustic stuff” will henceforth be referred to as The Sorrow Of Painting, and all future material for this project will be published under than name.
